What people do to lose weight
The one thing that many people are concerned right now is to look thin. Well, it has become a trend with many skinny models and celebrities displaying their skinny figures and so that has actually become the ‘in’ thing. One thing I surely know is that it is not healthy to be very skinny. And yes of course the fact that being overweight is also equally very unhealthy. I am not against people who are trying to lose weight. In fact, I will be very supportive of them provided they try to lose weight the healthy way. There are so many ways like exercising, eating vegetables and fruits, eating right quantity and quality food. Of course, it requires a little more effort but the results always make it worth it.
The one thing I really don’t like it is when people are so desperate to lose weight that they take extreme measures. I have seen girls throwing up after having food, and girls starving themselves. I have seen many people who juts take any diet pills or fat burners to lose weight. And the result is horrendous, they suffer from all side effects like depression etc. I am not against people who take diet pills but I feel they should put in more effort in research to find medications like best fat burners so that it gives them positive and desired results. Moreover, they should always take them in moderation along with exercises and proper diet. That way, you will definitely get the result that you want.
